But if something doesn’t feel quite right, don’t worry — we’re here to help!
If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, you can request an exchange within 5 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Please Note:
We do our best to show true product colors, but slight variations may occur due to screen or lighting differences.
Only items purchased directly from our official website are eligible for exchange.
International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
No exchange will be accepted if the product tag is missing or broken.
Easy Exchange Steps
1. Request a Reverse Pick-Up
Email us at care.durvaa@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
We’ll arrange a pick-up within 24–72 hours of your request.
2. Pack It Securely
Ensure the product is unused, with original packaging and tags intact.
3. Quality Check & Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect the product, you’ll receive a Store Credit Coupon valid for 6 months (180 days) — equal to the product value (excluding shipping/pick-up charges).
Shipping & Charges
Reverse pick-up is available only within India at a cost of ₹200 per product.
You can also choose to self-ship the product and share the courier details via email or WhatsApp.
For international orders, any customs duties or taxes must be borne by the customer.
Important Notes
We do not offer cash or monetary refunds — only store credit.
Only one exchange per order is allowed.
Prepaid orders cannot be canceled once placed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities or logistics issues.
All purchases are considered final sale unless they meet the above exchange criteria.
