Exchange Window
Exchanges are permitted strictly within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery of the product.
Exchange Request Procedure
To initiate an exchange, the customer must submit a request via email at support.durvaa@gmail.com. No exchanges will be processed without prior written request and confirmation from our team.
Eligibility Requirements
The product must be returned in the exact condition in which it was received, i.e., unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags intact, and in its original packaging.
Any product returned without meeting the above conditions shall be deemed ineligible for exchange and will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable & Non-Cancellable Policy
Returns are not accepted under any circumstances. Only exchanges, as per the terms stated herein, will be processed.
Pre-paid orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Exchange Fees
Exchange fee of ₹250 shall be applicable to all exchanges, except where the product has been received in a defective, damaged, or incomplete condition (missing items).
Processing Timeline
The exchange process may require a period of 10–14 business days from the date of approval.
Our team shall respond to exchange-related queries within 12 hours of receipt. Upon approval, the exchange shall be executed within 5–10 business days.
Non-Compliance
Any item returned without prior exchange authorization, or in contravention of the above-stated conditions, shall not be accepted, and no liability shall lie with Durvaa Clothing in this regard.
